The Main-Gerrard Housing Co-op is a member-run community located in the vibrant Upper Beaches neighbourhood of Toronto. Established in 1974, our co-op is home to over one hundred households, offering a range of apartment and duplex-style units along Main Street, Gerrard Street and Enderby Road.

Our community is ideally situated with easy access to TTC and GO Transit, making commuting simple. We’re directly across from the lively Ted Reeve Arena and just a short walk, drive, or TTC ride to the beach. Surrounded by parks, schools, and community centres, the area offers something for everyone—whether you’re raising a family, building your future, or simply enjoying life in a welcoming and active neighbourhood.
