In making this application I agree to the following rules: I will keep only the above drivable vehicle in the spot assigned to me; I will not keep any items such as oil, tires, bikes, batteries, etc. in my parking spot; I will inform the office immediately should there be any change in the information provided with this application; I agree that I will not sublet my parking spot for any reason; I agree that I will give the Co-operative at least one full month notice, in writing, should I decide to cancel my parking; I understand that the Co-operative can revoke my parking privileges with one full month notice, in writing, should I fail to fulfill the obligations contained in the Co-operative's parking by-laws. I further accept that should my vehicle(s) cause damage to the Cooperative's property, I am liable for the repair of that damage or costs arising from repair. The Co-op is collecting this information in order to ensure that the parking spot is being used in accordance with the Parking by-law. Your signature on this form indicates consent to the Co-op using this information for the purpose stated.*
